At present we are in the third industrial revolution period, various technology make aspurt of progress, including the laser particle size analyzer in this paper. The rapiddevelopment of Laser Particle Sizer is because a lot of science and technology of modernscience and technology in the experiment to measure the particle size, the particle size, whichwe call the particle size, its distribution and each kind of particle size and the proportion of wecall it as the particle size distribution.Laser particle size analyzer in this paper is used to measure what I call a more advancedinstruments to the particle size and distribution, in today’s scientific production andexperiment, its advantages become apparent, it is simple to operate, easy to use, the ordinarypeople can operate in accordance with the instructions, high measurement precision,measurement high efficiency etc..Laser particle size analyzer is through the ultrasonic oscillator particle fully decomposedinto liquid, scattering and laser irradiation decomposition of particles in the liquid after thespectral distribution of data by Mie scattering theory based on the formula which calculategranularity. Laser particle size analyzer in the measurement of particle distribution particles,need to make the laser by direct around1micron pore, artificial to operate up trouble, but alsoa waste of time, efficiency is very low, so the need of system of automatic.The paper mainly expounds the following contents:(1) In this paper, the automatic study and design to the system, solves the automaticalgorithm and program design, program design test, can work normally. The idea is to find thebottom, then move a suitable distance upward or downward, judging laser signal ring numberincreases or decreases, thereby judging laser in the laser detector on half or the bottom half,then slowly moving toward the center hole, and each time moving to find bottom finally, thecenter hole. Through continuous improvements and experiments, the final completion of theautomatic alignment system design.(2) This paper is the design of ultrasonic circuit, and after the design is completed thecircuit is made, tested and reliable performance. The oscillation circuit is the key part of the design. To achieve oscillation method has many kinds, such as RC, LC oscillation, oscillation,because the driving transducer voltage and very high impedance matching problem, so thechoice of the LC mode of oscillation. Because of the different particles need differentoscillation power, so the design of ultrasonic oscillator power take this factor intoconsideration, and the control circuit through the microcontroller, in order to reduce theinfluence of noise on the signal, the optical coupling switch. Design of low voltage controlcircuit through the optical coupling switch control circuit and power ultrasound. After thecompletion of the design, circuit board manufacturing and welding element after the test, tomeet the basic requirements of decomposition of particles.
