With the consumption of energy and the protection of environmental consciousness, economy and emissions of internal combustion engine puts forward more strict, thus turbo techniques are widely used. Turbo technology is not only an important mean of strengthening by the engine, but also plays an important role in reducing the engine exhaust pollution, reducing noise and improving the economy.The turbo technology can be described as another revolution of the internal combustion engine technical and has so far remained in the ascendant momentum of development.Turbocharger technology is the important technical measure which can improve the charge density within the engine cylinder,improve the engine brake mean effective pressure, improve the ratio of the engine’s power and torque, improve engine economy, reduce pollution emissions and lower than the quality and the conservation of raw materials.Turbine that gas energy of internal combustion engine will be discharged into mechanical energy is an important part of the turbocharger to provide power for the compressor.This paper which uses the method of CFD simulation of the supercharger impeller flow field can save a lot of time and have a guiding role for the evaluation and prediction of turbine impeller. This study belongs to a small marine turbocharger.The performance of two kinds of turbochargether is compared after the calculation and analysis of flow field. The flow field of the supercharger impeller is simulated using FLUENT software:two turbine impeller with the turbine shell flow field in the standard condition and small flow rate condition calculation is calculated and the properties of two types of turbine impeller results are compared; in the standard condition and small flow rate condition only for flow field of between two turbine impeller two blades is calculated and the calculation results are analysed; the structure parameters of turbine impeller in the standard operating conditions are changed and the calculation results are analysed.
