As China’s economic lifeline, the power industry in our country modernization construction has shown more and more critical and important. Stable operation of power system is very important. Substation is the key to the power grid node, and gathers a large number of electrical equipment. Most of the electrical equipment fault can induce hot phenomenon, in some severe cases can lead to electric power equipment damage, so as to bring about power outage. However artificial infrared measuring temperature method that’s used a lot before can’t detect fault timely, omission is easy to happen, and in many cases artificial temperature measurement methods can’t be taken, such as the seal state of the equipment and equipment under the obstacles.This paper proposes a wireless multi-point temperature acquisition system based on Internet of things technology, the overall design scheme, is given priority to with MSP430and nRF905chip, DS18B20as temperature sensor, it has realized the temperature data acquisition and wireless transmission, temperature collection and communication module by the temperature acquisition unit, power unit, wireless communication unit and microprocessor unit; center nodes by wireless communication unit, serial communication unit, a storage unit, power unit and microprocessor unit, In this paper, the hardware circuit design and software programming.Acquisition of temperature data transmitted to the substation master control room via the wireless relay way, to that end, and write the procedure of communication protocol and ad-hoc network.Considering the temperature measuring device is installed on high voltage electrical equipment, is not easy to frequent disassembling, need batteries, this paper adopt low-power device MSP430, and apply the advanced power management technology, we study the anti-jamming technology and puts forward an effective according to the actual situation of strong electromagnetic interference interference method, the shielding method, to calculate the concrete shielding material size and the block model, tested good test results were obtained.In this paper, the design and development of wireless temperature measurement system based on Internet of things has been field tested and put into use in Shuangyashan substation, and achieve the desired effect, can find electrical equipment failure in time, ensure the stable operation of the power grid.
