Mobile Internet has fundamentally subvert the patterns and business models ofthe traditional industries, such as film, retail, newspapers, records, postal andbookstores, radically changed the lives of Internet users in the state, which on the onehand reflected in people’s ideas, ways of thinking and lifestyle changes; hand ismanifested through these changes spawned new business models and service.Therefore, the traditional business of mobile Internet, it will be the future trend ofdevelopment of the enterprise. The Insurance as the financial sector is the highestlevel of the market, the most competitive industry will inevitably encounterthis revolution. How to conduct the innovated service design of insurance marketstrategies to the emerging channel for the mobile Internet, it also will become thedomestic insurance companies facing market competition and business challenges.Thesis,based on the ios apps design and development of the PingAn Autoinsurance, carry out the in-depth analysis of mobile internet design theory; Accordingto the outcomes of theoretical research, comprehensive and clear shows how to startfrom a service perspective, focusing on users to build mobile applications designprocess. And through the mobile Internet user experience levels of analysis, combinedwith their own advantages of mobile Internet and insurance product features, explorebased on mobile Internet user needs and product positioning; thus deduce insuranceservices designed for mobile Internet innovation strategy, and ultimately throughactual case describes the process of practice and the final results.The innovation points and characteristics of this paper reflected in: Firstly, fromthe perspective of service design, through literature research, case studies and otherresearch methods, the market mainstream mobile applications to dig deeper to find itsrepresentative nature of the service function, and then through competitive Analysis,user needs to build around the car owners car insurance mobile application productfeatures dot design. Secondly, from the analysis of mobile Internet users’ changingdemands, it points out the mobile Internet phone application products designed byfunctional aptitude service transformation trends, and the consequent widespreadcommercial value in China. Finally, in order to build user demand-driven carinsurance mobile application service model, and to further the car insurance servicefigurative product design principles, processes, methods, and related services todesign strategies and tools used were studied, thus further explore the smart phone users in product design, human-computer interaction, interface and other key factors.This paper is a reflection of the traditional car insurance development andmarketing services model, but also the exploration the trying for the mobile Internetcar insurance service design an innovative model. Finally, the PingAn Auto insuranceiOS apps for example, combining theory with practice,provides a good referencefor the practice of service design of traditional industry of mobile Internet products.
