Information Security Design Of The Electrical Distribution Network Operating System Based On Mobile Internet

The electricity distribution network is the part that’s the closest to the user in the electric network, the distribution network construction changes fast, and is high-risked, complex and difficulty. On the other hand, with further application of mobile informationization, mobile internet security has become the obstacle of its development. As a key branch of the national economy, electric power industry takes full advantage of mobile Internet to provide convenience for business with consideration of security. Electricity distribution network covers complex and wide environment, transmits data through different networks, including the public and the private, so the security always comes first. This paper is to complete the following tasks:1) Requirement analysis and top-level design. For a long time, due to the backward management and low-qualified staff of local power supply companies, they have failed to get jobs done normatively and possessed terrible ability for safty control. With the practice of the integrated management of China Southern Power Grid, the bureau has established a system of management to ensure power network operation security. This paper researches the system of management, business processes and the problems to be solved, and makes the top-level design for it.2) Research the origin of the mobile Internet and its security problems. The generation of the mobile Internet is the result of telecom industry and the traditional Internet industry in the network layer of fusion, fusion based on IP network into these features, this feature determines the mobile Internet security is a complex systemic problem, both the traditional Internet security issues, and to deal with new problems mobile security.3) Research the SSL and improve it. It is difficult for many enterprises to transmit data by the private network, and it’s too expensive to build private network or rent it. VPN provides a solution for this. SSL is one sort of VPN which is created for high-level network protocols. The traditional SSL largely can satisfy the security of mobile network layer, and the improved edition can protect the weaker network boundary layer.
