Research On The Functional Arrangement For The High-tech Park Based On Mixed Uses Theory

With the fast development of society and economy such as the process of urbanization and the readjustment of industry structure in china, the limitations on utilizing resources and environment in big cities such as Shenzhen have gradually been obvious, and the extensive development of sole-use high-tech park has become more and more conflicting. At the same time, employees undergo great changes in the aspects of work, life, transportation and social interactions, etc. They put forward new requirements on their own high-tech park. the emergence of the high-tech park based on Mixed Uses Theory has big potential and complies with this trend from perspective of social development and improvement of daily life of people. The most important part of the high-tech park about planning and design is the functional arrangement, the intensively study on theory and practice of the functional arrangement will have important practical significance.This dissertation mainly includes the following chapters:The chapter one first introduce the main research contents of the paper by clarifying the troubles happened in development of high-tech park and then introduce the research objective, overseas and domestic research status, research methods in detail.The chapter two introduces the basic concepts of high-tech park and the mixed use of related concepts, and illustrates the introduction of city mixed function theory and the high-tech park.The chapter three researches the current situation of China’s mixed use of high-tech park, selected two typical parks and made some questionnaires and interviews, analyzes the existing problems in the present situation.The chapter four first classifies the factors that influence the high-tech park’s functional hybrid arrangement, which is mainly divided into the internal and external factors, and summarizes the functional hybrid principles.The chapter five is based on the previous research, analyze the type of the high-park’s function and its function’s relationship, and put forward the functional hybrid arrangement pattern and functional hybrid arrangement structure, then presents the practical significance.The last chapter summarizes the research contents and proposes the direction of further study.
