For the characteristics of "Anhui province to East power transmission project " Huainan to Shanghai1000kV UHV ac power transmission demonstration project with double circuit on the same steel tower, the author analyzed the existing problem in suspension gin pole tower erection, put forward the solution to improve the safety and reliability when using inner suspension gin pole outer guy wire tower erection method, studied the monitoring system for suspension gin pole tower erection. Research mainly focus on the following three parts:1、suspension gin pole tower erectionThrough status analysis on application of this method in power transmission line at site, Expounds the haracteristics and working principle of suspension gin pole tower erection method.2、design of monitoring system for suspension gin pole tower erectionThrough analyzing the problem within suspension gin pole tower erection method and combining PLC intelligent control technology, put forward the design scheme of monitoring system for suspension gin pole tower erection, and analyzed every part of the system regarding design.3、data test and application at siteAfter debugging, testing and application in the Huainan to Shanghai1000kV UHV ac power transmission demonstration project, analysis was carried out on the test dataand theoretical data. At the end of the paper, the author summarized the whole monitoring system for tower erection,pointed out the deficiency of the monitoring system, put forward the improved method, and predicts the prospect and future development direction. |
