In accordance with the State Grid plan, five horizontal and five longitudinal uhv ac transmission lines will be built in 2020. Uhv transmission lines towers, particularly double-line pipe towers, are much high and heavy, essential differences from angle iron towers. It faces many safety risks to erect and assemble tower by traditional inside suspension pole with outside guyed wires.In order to solve the problem of uhv steel pipe tower erection and assembly, This article has mainly researched on the design and practical application of uhv pipe tower assembly and erection by inside suspension pole with outside guyed wires. The force of embraced bar identity and the entire lifting system has been numerical. The appropriate specification equipment has been selection. Entire erection and assembly tower scene and construction process has been designed. The safety and convenience of tower assembly and erection have been rised again by setting a series of safty lifting devices. |
