Urban rail transit system, with its large capacity, high speed, high efficiency, punctuality, safety and comfort features become more and more important in the urban public transportation system. It provides effective solution for the urban traffic congestion and the problem of insufficient capacity. However, as the subway network expands unceasingly, the passenger of the subway system has also increased dramatically. The urban subway emergencies happen is not accident, On the one hand, the subway prone to sudden mass passenger flow, on the other hand, There is a vulnerability in the subway system. At the beginning of the design, subway station will be designed according to the results of the prediction of the largest transport capacity. When faced with a peak passenger flow or unexpected passenger flow, a large number of passenger t went into the station, the density of transfer channel, escalator, platform of public area increase greatly. In limiting cases, the public area population density is too large. The vulnerability of subway transportation network and the station has become increasingly obvious. The social impact of subway vulnerability increasingly aroused people’s wide attention. So the problem of subway station vulnerability under the condition mass passenger flow is very important.Through the study of literature, the subway station vulnerability under mass passenger flow conditions consists of exposure, sensitivity and adaptability. The personnel, equipment, environment and management four aspects of the influence factors of the subway station are analyzed in the detail. On the basis of system analysis, the exposure and sensitivity of the subway station are analyzed by applying grey incidence theory. By applying grey correlative analysis, the adaptability of the subway station is analyzed. The vulnerability degree of exposure, vulnerability degree of sensitivity and vulnerability degree of adaptability are obtained. Calculate the comprehensive vulnerability value of the subway station by using the three vulnerability value. In the last, prepare the table of subway station fragile degree classification.The main innovation points of this paper are:Put forward the concept of the subway station vulnerability under mass passenger flow conditions. From the perspective of vulnerability research the safety of subway station. The influence factors of the subway station vulnerability under mass passenger flow conditions consists are analyzed. Studied the vulnerability assessment model, the model of the research is applied to the subway station. On the basis of a large number of empirical studies, put forward the vulnerability evaluation model and the classification standard of subway station under mass passenger flow conditions consists. And the paper also applies the model to the actual evaluation of the subway station, to analyze and evaluate the subway station. At last, the corresponding optimization solution is put forward.
