The Research Based On The Mountain Hotel Of Property Right Type

With economic growth in recent years, the consumption ability of people improved. Spiritual demand such as entertainment and vacationing is also growing, and vacation tourism matures in our country. As a result, vacationing hotels are adapted to the current trend. The resort hotels, as a new type of the vacationing hotels, develop rapidly in China.The resort hotels rely on the natural landscape in China now develop very quickly. By studying the background of the development of these hotels, I find some design issues. The study aims on the architecture design of the resort hotels are scarce, therefore, my article choose the resort hotels relyed on the natural landscape as the object of my research. I want to find out the classic design pattern of the resort hotels related in the mountainous terrains.I first expound the meaning of the resort hotels, research the developing history, the characteristics and the trends of them, I finally fix my study area. By analyzing the social and natural factors which impact the design of the resort hotels related in the mountain areas, aimed at the two major imitations, I find out the core of the leisure is experience, and architecture is the space. The article focuses on the resort villas, by analyzing the characteristics of these hotels influenced by the needs of leisure features, combined with the relevant examples abroad, to study. Using literature collection and inductive analysis, examples of research analysis, design practices involved in practical, etc., I sum up a system based on the relative needs of the mountain resort type of hotel property planning and architectural design. The article combines with the design I participated in the hotel located in3#island, Meizi Lake in Puer, Yunnan, I analyze the basic characteristics of space, designed on the level of planning and architecture, I reveal the general design of this building type. Finally, I conclude the method of the resort hotels which aim at leisure and located in the mountain areas. I hope my study could have some implications for the future designs.
