Luofu Mountain Scenic Area Xifu Resort Hotel Design

Luofu mountain,located in Boluo county,Huizhou,is the dominating mountain in Guangdong province and is known as the fairyland.It is a place that is quiet and deep,and has hills of various forms.It is impressive because of the diversity of the landscape pattern,biological gene,religious culture,folk customs.This study aims to look into culture of Luofu mountain scenic area,combining with material and cultural heritage such as the local customs,food,species,religion,ancient villages.A resort with regional characteristics of Luofu mountain is to be designed.People who walk in the hotel will feel the Luofu mountain regional culture and a pale homesickness.This paper first analyzes the project’s geographical environment and district,and summarizes the characteristic regional culture of Luofu Mountain Scenic area.Then,the traditional cultural elements which are easy to be identified are extracted,and the whole space design is carried out by means of artistic design according to the geographical environment.At last,the design result of the graduation design is presented by drawing and 3D modeling.The design project named Xifu Resort Hotel,including various aspects of architectural design,interior design,landscape design,operational planning etc.The focus of this project is the design of the hotel interior space,mainly through which the local special cultural context is inherited and expressed.Natural environment is combined in the building design in order to provide support for the interior space.Participation activities are introduced in the landscape design.Value-added products cater to the rural characteristics are created by making full use of the local ecological resources.The industry chain is supplemented and vacation activities are enriched.
