With the rapid development of automotive industry, continuously increasingand abundant automotive electronics lead to automotive configuration controlsystem complicated. Indeed, many data signal with each other will increasedifficulty to process. In traditional way, automotive using some data signal linesto copy with the problem, which cannot cope with large information effectively.To deal with the problem, bus controlling technology to reduce power dissipationappears.The paper deeply study and analyze the CAN(Controller Area Network) buscommunication protocol. According to the protocol, design a kind of adaptiveautomotive lighting control system by the implementation of hardware circuitdesign and software programming design. Hardware circuit design include powersupply circuit, MCU(Micro Controller Unit) connecting with CAN bustransceiver circuit, video signal processing circuit, analog and digital signalconversion circuit and automotive lamp drive circuit design. Software designinclude the main program design, the system of sending and receiving datadesign, CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) check program design and PWMprogram design. The system compile on Freescale SemiconductorCODEWARRIOR compile environment, and implement through software designof CAN bus data transmitting and receiving.The automotive light control system tests on hardware testing platform. Theexperimental results show that the system has good communication rate and goodadaptability, the CAN bus differential voltage is about2.21V, the communicationrate can reach at125Kbps and the operating frequency is100Khz. Through thecomparative analysis, the use of the system after optimization of the lamp controlsystem, the average gray value of image acquisition can increase about42.9%,the light intensity can increase about18.6%. The system can keep the light range, improve vision, and ensure the safe driving.
