In recent years,with the rapid development of the automobile industry,people’s demand for cars has also increased,and the per capita car ownership has increased year by year.With the increase in the number of cars,many traffic accidents are inevitably caused.Solving traffic safety issues has gradually become the focus of the entire automotive industry.With the development of intelligent technologies in the automotive industry and the support of related policies,automotive active safety technologies have developed rapidly.In this context,Advanced Driver Assistance System(ADAS),abbreviated as ADAS,came into being.The automatic emergency braking(AEB)system is one of the fastest ADAS technologies,and the research on the AEB system has also become very meaningful.This this paper focuses on the AEB-based automotive automatic braking system controller design and system control algorithm.The main research content is divided into the following aspects:First,the research background and significance of the AEB system and the current research status of the AEB system at home and abroad are described.Combining the components of the AEB system,explain its working principle.Second,this paper designs perception systems and decision-making systems of the AEB system.By comparing several road condition sensors,the millimeter-wave radar is selected as the sensor of the sensing system,and its working principle is explained.Design a target obstacle selection algorithm in the decision-making system,and monitor whether the most dangerous target obstacle is missing in real time during this process.Third,this paper designs the control system of the AEB system.Research the safety model of AEB system,design and optimize a safety model based on collision time.Add AEB-Prefill to the control strategy,design a control strategy for real-time adjustment of braking deceleration,and analyze key parameters such as TTC threshold,braking deceleration,and final workshop distance.Fourth,according to the requirements of the control algorithm,the hardware circuit design of the AEB system and the writing of the underlying software are carried out,and the controller design of the AEB system is completed.Fifth,this paper tests and verifies the AEB system.Through the simulation environment built by Car Sim,the control algorithm is jointly simulated by Car Sim and MATLAB/Simulink to verify the feasibility of the algorithm.Carry out the actual vehicle test to complete the verification of the overall rationality of the AEB-based electronic control system designed in this paper.
