Our country is a big energy needs country, in recent years, energy issues has also been a major problem to solve urgent problems of our country, lack of energy, capacity method behind environmental pollution has increasingly appeared in our television, radio and other media, behind the production methods to bring the consumption and environmental pollution aggravate a lot of coal, oil and other mineral resources in replacing outdated production capacity of the reform process, the wind power with its unique clean, safe, efficient, and many other advantages developed rapidly, along with wind power projects continue to be launched, wind fires are increasing, and became an important issue affecting the development of wind power.By studying a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the temperature distribution inside the wind turbine, wind turbine to understand the internal temperature of the current research trends, defined the purpose and significance of this paper, and select Sinovel’s1.5MW class wind turbines, for example, were The following research:1.The basic thermal analysis based on thermal analysis, heat transfer, thermal engineering theory, combined with the basic structure of wind turbine, heat transfer characteristics of simulation model of wind turbine inside the generator, gearbox conducted simulation, simulation generator, gearbox temperature distribution and temperature conditions.2.The temperature data derived from simulation actual measured temperature and wind power plant conducted a comprehensive analysis of comparison, relatively different wind conditions, temperature data obtained by different methods3.Provide a theoretical basis for the optimum design and safe operation of such wind turbines. In this paper, draw wind turbines inside the cabin temperature distribution and temperature rise by means of simulation, analysis and comparison of different methods of data obtained, indicating that the fan inside the cabin temperature distribution and temperature conditions, predict the site of a fire that may occur, provide a theoretical basis for the optimum design and safe operation of such wind turbines.
