| The wind turbine generator system(WTGS)is a large-scale complex mechanical equipment in the sky.Its cost of transport,hoisting and servicing is so high that the WTGS has to be of high reliability and availability.But recently,the shutdown,bad lubrication and overtemperature inside nacelle,which severely influence the availability and cost recovery.To solve these questions,the research will be studied from the perspective of the heat dissipation and the thermal layout.Firstly,the method of temperature field analysis of WTGS is studied.Temperature field is analyzed by using ANSYS ICEM CFD and FLUENT and the important factors are discussed.Therefore,the comprehensive solutions of the heat dissipation and temperature control are proposed.Secondly,the orthogonal experiment method is used to analyze the multi-factor’s influence on the uniformity of temperature field from the point of view of temperature field uniformity.The multi-factor mainly includes the environment temperature,the wind speed,the size of the air inlets and outlets.The temperature field uniformity coefficient and the temperature efficiency are the optimization goal.The optional combination is obtained by the orthogonal experiment and correlation analysis.The optimization control strategy and the method are given on the base of the above research results.Again,the layout of the air inlets and outlets and the heat dissipation airflow organization are studied from angle of thermal layout.The four grid spline interpolation is used to compute the airflow organization sample in three-dimensional space.Take the position of the air inlets and outlets as the independent variable,the temperature field uniformity as the dependent variable and the interpolation surface is gotten.The airflow optimization organization is solved by row by row to the surface.Finally,the big data analysis method is proposed to study to solve the heat dissipation and the over-temperature prediction.The fuzzy clustering is used to discover the fuzzy relationship between the environment temperature and the over-temperature of parts,which provide the reference for predicting the over-temperature shutdown from the microcosmic angle and the optional thermal layout scheme is analyzed by the fuzzy clustering analysis under the different environment temperature from the macroscopic angle.The overall solutions to question of the heat dissipation and temperature control are proposed from different perspective of the temperature control inside the nacelle,thermal layout and the big data analysis.The theoretical simulation and the effectiveness need the verification by the prototype test.If the method is adopted,it will have values of improving the heat dissipation ability and the reliability and availability of WTGS. |
