With the development of society and the improvement of living standard, people on the car ride comfort requirements of more and more is also high. And in recent years the road conditions improve, the vibration of the engine itself becomes the main incentive source body. To improve the car engine mount the comfort and reducing the noise of the more and more important role.This thesis of the engine, the current situation of hydraulic mount of hydraulic mount components of structure and function is analyzed, and the issue of the inertial channel and increase a working liquid room two kinds of structure improvement project, and to use their Pro/e established model, first with the band graph of them dynamics analysis and simulation analysis, secondly and simulation results and experimental results contrast analysis, finally to the error and structure parameters on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic mount are analyzed. The paper to engine hydraulic mount with ANSYS finite element analysis, through the ANSYS to establish model, the model is static analyses and dynamic characteristic analysis. Through the above dynamics analysis and fem analysis points to get two kinds of structure improvement, the merits and demerits of the obtained the corresponding conclusion.In the paper, two types of structure improvement can improve the car the comfort and reduce the noise, hope for future development of the automobile engine hydraulic mount provides a development direction.
