Engine hydraulic mount is an important part for a vehicle,it plays the key role in isolating the vibration from engine to vehicle body.Nowadays,greater demands are being placed on engine mount,at first engine combined with vehicle body by rigid connection,then developed from rubber mount to active hydraulic mount.The isolation performance was improving;however,researcher payed enough attention on the recession problem of engine mount,but the performance of isolation vibration was declining when using it.And there was litter research on the performance recession of engine mount.According to the demands of project,this paper focus on performance recession of engine hydraulic mount,the research content of this paper consists of these aspects,microscopic material specialty summary,microscopically structure parameter aspect and prediction model on isolation performance of engine hydraulic mount.Microscopic material specialty summary: The main material of engine hydraulic mount contains rubber,hydraulic oil and metal structure.The damping and density of hydraulic oil have influence on isolation performance of engine hydraulic mount.Meanwhile,the damping and density were impacted by temperature and pressure.We can make a conclusion that the damping of oil decreases with the increasing of temperature,and increases with the increasing pressure,the density increases with the increasing of solute.The stiffness of rubber has influence on the isolation performance of engine hydraulic mount.The rubber aging was related to temperature,oxygen,ozone and stress amplitude.However,there has no direct relation on stiffness and temperature,oxygen,ozone and stress amplitude.This paper research on rubber aging from above factor and analyzes the theory of rubber aging,creating the map relation between elasticity modulus of aging rubber and distance.Then put forward some methods to restrain the aging of rubber.microscopically hydraulic mount parameter: For the same hydraulic oil and rubber parameter,different engine hydraulic mount with different topology and structural parameter have different sensitive degree.In this paper,we created FEA model and with different parameter,which contains displacement amplitude,preloading load,inertial channel length,density of hydraulic oil,then experiment with computer simulation,obtaining the data of experiment,we can analyze it and draw the conclusion that the above factor have great influence on isolation performance of engine hydraulic mount,stress amplitude and static stiffness of rubber main spring.Performance prediction model: The performance of mount is changing with the time going,and the engine hydraulic is complex non-linear model,this paper creates a performance prediction model based on deep learning LSTM.We combined the factors and transformed to the vector of model input.This model has acceptable performance on prediction,and better performance with bigger database.This provide a new approach to prediction and aging prediction.This paper summaries the characteristics of aging of rubber,by the method of simulation,the recession of engine hydraulic mount was more sensitive to inertial channel length than amplitude and preloading load.inertial channel amplitude and preloading load.etc.have influence on peak dynamic stiffness and the distribution of frequency.At last,basing on LSTM,created performance prediction model,and it's performance is acceptable in data-set.
