For a long time vector control technology in the speed and torque control of application,make motor areas with ac adjustable speed system and dc speed regulating system even betterperformance becomes possible. Due to the speed sensorless vector control without speed sensor,not only operating costs are lower, system reliability and robustness, also the correspondingincrease in recent years become a hot research topic.Speed sensorless vector control system (SVC) is better than traditional speed sensor controlsystem, because it is easier to detect by detecting the amount of indirect physical quantity toachieve magnetic chain and speed estimation, and strong anti-interference capability, simplestructure, reliable and steady performance. This article mainly aims at the current speedestimation and magnetic chain throughput observation link precision is low and slow runningperformance is poor etc, the system for further improvement and optimization method research.First of all JianShao analysis of the coordinate transformation method will three-phase staticcoordinate system transformation for two phase synchronous rotating coordinate system, thestator current transformation for magnetic pass and torque two parts for decoupling control,make the asynchronous motor with dc motor also good control performance. Due to the motor inoperation in the process of the parameter at any time change, need to make sure that themagnetic chain and speed estimation accuracy, can make the system to achieve good dynamicperformance, so the magnetic chain observation and speed estimation has naturally become thefocus of research system. This system will traditional model reference adaptive method throughthe improvement, based on the theory of super stability with filtering link variable parameters ofthe model reference adaptive system thinking and introducing control system, realized the moreefficient accurate speed estimation and magnetic chain observation purposes, and with DSP asthe control core of the system hardware structure and software main parts are overall systemdesign.Finally, the improved model reference adaptive speed estimation theory and vector controltheory, combined with Matlab/Simulink software through building the system simulation modeland simulation verification. From the experiment results show that the control system based onthe theory of super stability of variable parameters of the model reference adaptive estimationmethod, not only speed convergence fast, high estimation accuracy, but low speed operation is very good dynamic performance. Realize the asynchronous motor speed sensorless vectorcontrol system optimization research purpose, believe that will be the future direction of moremature research and development has a certain positive influence.
