Electrical equipments used in coal mine and other dangerous environment must meetexplosion-proof requirements. Intrinsically safe is the best explosion-proof forms, but at presentthe power of the intrinsically safe switching power supply is not high, not meeting such as coalrisk environment safety requirements of the production.The paper introduces the interleavingintegrated magnetics techniques into Boost converter. The interleaving technology can reduce theoutput ripple voltage of the circuit and Multiply output power, the coupled inductance canincreace the equivalent electrical inductance to improve the electrical characteristics of theconverter and ruduce the equivalent intrinsic safety inductance to improve the intrinsic safetycharacteristics, Further improving the output power, which solve the contradiction between thebig inductance, big capacitance and the small inductance, small capacitance. The intrinsic safetyperformance is meeted better. Taking the three-phase interleaved magnetic integrated Boostconverter for example, first of all, it is analysised its working principle, coupling coefficient andduty ratio relationship and energy transmission process, deduced the change law between thevoltage and current and the load, input voltage and inductance and used the Matlab simulation tocheck them. Secondly, it analyzes the capacitance output disjunction characteristics and theinductance short-circuit characteristic of t three-phase interleaved magnetic integrated Boostconverter, introduces the judgement of the nonexplosive intrinsic safety criterion. Finally,through the three categories of Boost converter (including ordinary single-phase Boost converterand three-phase staggered parallel Boost converter) contrast, drawing three-phase interleavedmagnetic integrated Boost converter compared with the other two kinds of Boost converter canconsiderably increase the output power, and better meeting intrinsically safe characteristics.Simulation and experiment demonstrate the correctness of the theoretical analysis and thefeasibility of the design method.
