Planar linkage mechanism all adopts the lower pair connection, whose structure is simple and easy to manufacture, strong and durable, and can stand wear and tear. At the same time, planar linkage mechanism can achieve various laws of motion, and it is convenient to change the laws of motion and performance of the mechanism by changing the length of each rod piece in the mechanism, so linkage mechanism is widely used in all kinds of mechanical industry.Because the manufacturing error and assembly error unavoidably exist in the processing and assembly process of linkage mechanism parts, and the transmission chain of connecting rod is long, so the error will accumulate, and it inevitably brings effect on the motion characteristics of linkage mechanism, and cause the position error which deviates the ideal situation, and hence influences transmission quality of the mechanism. Therefore, it has practical significance to analyze the movement error of the planar linkage mechanism.At present, most of the mechanism error analysis method aims only at a specific mechanism, and the analysis method possess no generality. On the basis of the analysis of the movement of the stem rod method in the planar linkage mechanism, the expression of the position error of the linkage mechanism is deduced by considering the length error, assembly error and the corner error of the driving parts, and applying the differential method and the complete differential equation in the movement analysis.The error analysis procedure of the rod group is worked out based on Visual C++6.0, and the procedure is packaged by establishing interfaces. Develop the movement error analysis software of the planar linkage mechanism. This software does not focus on a planar linkage mechanism for the error analysis, but can acquire the position error of the planar linkage mechanism based on the formation of the planar linkage mechanism and by calling the corresponding rod group program, and shows the graph of the movement analysis and the motion error analysis with the form of the window. This software has good interactivity and generality.
