There are two methods of the traditional mechanism design methods: geometric method and analytical method.Geometry method is intuitive,and the geometric relationship is clear,but the design accuracy is low because of the drawing deviation.Analysis method is not intuitive,but the design accuracy is high,which help programming.When analyzing a particular mechanism,it can be modeled using CAD software firstly.However,it is tedious to build a 3D model for kinematic analysis.Part of the CAD software although with skeleton function,but the operation is still cumbersome.The mechanism simulation program based on the bar-group theory requires that the user is familiar with the bar-group decomposition and can not solve the bar-group that is not included in the program.This type of program has inherent defect.In this thesis,the concrete realization method of applying symbolic computation in solving the kinematic constraint equation is provided,which does not depend on the bar-group theory,andbased on the general plane mechanism simulation that takes a single rod as the basic element.On this basis,the solver is designed by C++ object-oriented programming method,which can be used as general linear,nonlinear and indefinite equations solution tool.Therefore,is acceptable.The solution algorithm can solve any bar-groups and multi-original motive parts of the plane linkage mechanism.The practical application of Win32 window encapsulation technology was studied.The interacting and editing system of planar linkage mechanism was designed.The automatic formulation and solution of kinematic equation was achieved,and the simulation program was written with the solver as the core.The result of the solution can be feedback to the program interface to realize the motion simulation animation of the mechanism,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration line graphs and data are output.The application of multi-thread technology in the writing of mechanism simulation animation program was put forward.Finally,the kinematic analysis of a six-bar mechanism is introduced as an example to illustrate the usage of this program,and the correctness of the solution is verified by comparing with the ADAMS simulation results.
