Measurement Control System Of High-Temperature Material Testing Machine

In the area of petrochemical industry、energy sources、aerospace and so on, it plays a vital role that whether the material can work for a long time in severe environment of high temperature and high pressure.If the reliable analysis can be got by means of the experiment data that gained in the mechanical testing that conducts in high temperature and high pressure, it will be very meaningful for ensuring the safety operation of the equipment and improving the utilize efficiency of source and so on.The primary missions of this paper are detecting and gathering the mechanical testing data that conducts in high temperature condition, it includes environment temperature%shape variables produced by tension that material bears and the tension, meanwhile detect and control the position of the material. The method of application of TMS320F2812、 thermocouple、MAX6675、GIVI and high precision A/D converter AD7730is introduced in this paper, what is more, designed a test control system base on above devices.
