With the development of computer technology, automatic control technology has been widely applied into every area of our daily life and industrial production. The automatic technology and other technologies blend and inspire each other, which lead to an overall progress.The application of computer technology in metrological test work can not only help testers get rid of the complicated calculation formulas, but also raise the testing quality and efficiency. Meanwhile,the popularization of new technology can satisfy enterprises' demand on quality control and resolve the conflict,which is the poor efficiency of metrological test department can's meet enterprises'high demands on metrological test equipment.In view of some problems related to testing process by thermocouple, for example, low efficiency, complicated and unguaranteed testing quality, this thesis make some research on the conduction and development of thermocouple. As a result, we conclude a new thermocouple automatic testing model,which combines computer technology with automatic control technology and digital technology. After analyzing the whole framework of multi- parameter data acquisition, data modification, data storage and report conclusion, we come up with a design proposal and key points about software & hardware. Meanwhile, this thesis completes the software development with real-time data acquisition and contrast calculation. In addition, we develop the thermocouple automatic checkout system. What's more,after conducting it, we find out that this system operates stably, shows high level of visualization degree and can be handled easily. Therefore, we are confident that it can meet the working demands of thermocouple metrology equipment testing.
