Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR Spectrometer) has been developing q-uickly in the last a few year and now has been applying in several detection areas. It integrat-es the technologies of optics, electrology and computer so it is very meaningful to study i-t. This project is based on the principal and structure of Near Infrared Fourier Transform Spectrometer, to study the plan to add its Interferogram sampling rate, to enlarge the detect-ion range of Near Infrared Fourier Transform Spectrometer to Visible light and to do the oretical analysis on the designed plan; To analyse and study after choosing the optic system of Spectrometer and main parts of signal processing system; To study the accuracy of Spect-rometer, its main tasks are the moving mirror slope error and A/D sampling precision, Moving mirror slope error part mainly through MATLAB analysis of moving mirror and the effects of sampling error on the accuracy of spectrometers, A/D sampling pr-ecision parts mainly from the perspective of noise studies; Finally, to conclude the diss-ertation and make a prospect on the considerance of its stability, reliability and repeatability.
