Fundus camera is a system of observing and recording the retina pictures of human eye, Because the human eye retina distribute a large number of blood capillary, it is most directly observed in the human body. so the fundus retinal has been observed without interruption. Most of patients who have eye diseases,problems have emerged in the fundus retina.,so the fundus retina became a focus on examination of the site.By inspection of the fundus retina, not only can observe the case of diseases of the eye, but also know about the information of the other organs of the human body.Many other organs of the lesions in the fundus retina is reflected, according to the fundus retinal some abnormal situation, to assist other physicians to make an accurate diagnosis.In addition, a regular on the fundus examination, can advance the prevention of some diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, blood diseases and other systemic blood vessels, blood and metabolic diseases.Because when these diseases to occur, the blood vessels in the fundus retina will change to some extent. If without timely treatment, and ultimately will affect the the retina blood and hemodynamic, resulting in a variety of retinopathy. So the understanding the performance of vascular or nerve lesions in the retina is great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of many disease.In order to make the picture of the human eye’s retina that we observe and record more clearer, and make clinicians can more accurately determine the cause of illness, for many years, people on the development and improvement of the fundus camera has been continued without interruption, many companies made a lot of improvement to the structure of the fundus camera system,and made the appearance of the product more and more compact.In this paper, through the working principle of traditional fundus camera of studying, based on the structure of the human eye and optical properties in the full understanding and accorded to a variety of light sources for the degree of illumination and harm to the human eye, we selected a near infrared light source to illuminate and image for the fundus retina,and studied on the imaging,illumination, focusing, positioning and other various systems. According to the characteristics of the fundus images, maked a large number of studies on the fine-tuning of the fundus camera. Through the analysis of the stray light sources of the fundus camera, we solved the influence of the fundus camera stray Light to imaging optical path, and use the software of Light Tools and ZEMAX to the results that we design to analyze. Finally, taked its essence and rejected their dross through a comparison of domestic and foreign products, and maked full use of the advantages of the the Changchun base in the optical, mechanical, electrical, eventually completed the production of the prototype.
