Objective: With the development of society,the demand for human identity recognition technology is growing.The existing social identity recognition includes face recognition,iris recognition,fingerprint recognition and so on.Their characteristic is that recognition features are not easy to repeat.The retina is the blood vessel of human fundus.Compared with the traditional face recognition,iris recognition and fingerprint recognition,their security can not be guaranteed,and they are easy to be obtained and forged.Because the retina exists in the fundus of the eye,it can obtain clear and usable retinal images only with special equipment and the cooperation of the acquisition object,which has high security,so it can be used as a supplement of identity recognition.This paper aims to design a portable fundus camera,using Android 8.0 system,design and write an Android app,which can complete the shooting,transmission and storage of fundus camera.Because most of the existing retinal acquisition devices are desktop devices,they are huge and not portable.Therefore,the research of this paper is of great significance.Methods: The whole camera is divided into three parts: hardware,shell design,Android App Design and optical path design.In the part of hardware and shell design,the shell of the whole instrument is designed by Solid Works,and the Android development board,camera module,power module and battery are used for packaging.Android App Design includes the design of Android App photo album and camera functions,complete the picture shooting,storage,deletion,transmission and other functions.The light path design includes two parts: illumination light path and imaging light path.Results: A fundus camera which can achieve the required function is completed.The camera irradiates light from the handle,such as the pupil,to illuminate the retina through a half mirror and half lens,and uses the Android development board to carry the camera to obtain the image of the retina.The Android development board is packaged by a self-designed 3D printing shell,and uses its own Android app to complete the functions of shooting,storage,deletion,transmission,etc.in the Android app of the mobile terminal.And the focus of the lens can be adjusted according to the different refractive degree of the eyeball.The device has auto focus function,which can focus automatically in a certain range.The data can be transmitted by typec port.The power management module can complete the task of supplying power to the development board while charging the lithium battery.Conclusion: The portable fundus camera designed in this paper,which is designed by the author,is designed to coordinate the design of optical circuit and acquisition circuit,and completes a portable fundus camera which can be held by hand.It provides a method for doctors and the people who need to collect retinal information.It is of great significance for diagnosis of pathological information and biometric identification.
