Motor technology is one of the three key technologies, which is restricting the development of electric vehicles. The target of this thesis wants to change the motor’s torque, improving hybrid stepper motor.Combing the hybrid stepping motor with the variable torque structure, the paper achieves the goal of change torque automatically.The stator magnetic pole of the motor is twining by Armature winding, the rotor is constituted by both ends of the ring magnets and the core composition. When it is energized, the magnetic potential of the stator magnetic poles and the rotor magnetic poles affect each other. The Motor begins to rotate. Magnetic energy is converting to mechanical energy in the process. The paper established a mathematical model to demonstrate the relationship between the air gap torque and torque, achieving the purpose of changing torque automatically. According to the mathematical model and Slider-crank mechanism, Slider-crank mechanism the paper designed variable torque agency automatically.As the rotational speed of the motor is different, centripetal force is different, the line speed of r the slider is different, and the displacement is different. The crank begins to swing within a certain range, changing the relative position of the two-stage. The air gap will be changed, and achieve variable torque. Do a simple test for the theory and design problems, and the application of finite element software ANSYS analysis. Finally, it wins the variable torque.The design reduces energy loss, improving motor performance, and has better application prospects.
