Art Museum Building Spiritual Property Formation Research

Art museum as a category of cultural architecture is important public cultural spacewith cultural and artistic functions of communication and mental shape, affecting andbeing behalf of the local economic and cultural development. With the socialdevelopment and progress, the rapid pace of life makes people more eager to getspiritual and cultural aspects of comfort, but also more and more attention to theconstruction of cultural buildings.Based on the design of specialized art museum Xu Beihong Memorial Museum, thispaper leads to the consideration and research of tectonic aspects museum ofarchitectural spiritual property.First of all, through the study of the analogy analysis of domestic and foreign artmuseums, the paper is to recognize the current situation of domestic art museum, aswell as the change and development trend of foreign art museum, learn about theadvantages and disadvantages of our domestic art gallery, facilitate better learningcutting-edge ideas and rich practical experience, ultimately reflects in museumarchitectural design concept updating and improvement of practice in China.Secondly, based on and directed by the theory of spiritual property of architecture,this paper is to discuss on how art museums guide and shape the person’s spirit. Onone hand, this paper is to complete the discussion and research on art museumarchitectural style space form of in-depth, from the construction of the ontologyresearch and analysis. On the other hand, with the help of analysis of church buildingsspace form and enlightenment of the research on human’s spiritual guidance fromspace, this paper is to generalize and summarize the spatial experience and human’semotional needs, and discuss the interaction between the people and architectures.Thirdly, the shaping method of art museum’s spiritual property can be got through theory and spatial analysis study, and be verified through case analysis and research.This paper analyzes the present situation of the old Xu Beihong art museum fromshaping method of art museum’s spiritual property, fully realizes its advantages andits deficiency, and guides the design of Xu Beihong art museum. On this basis, theoriginal advantages are able to continue to be maintained and strengthened.Meanwhile, fix problems, improve insufficient will disadvantage into advantage, theproblems will be fixed and insufficient will be improved, so that the disadvantagesmay turn to advantages.Finally，Shaping method of art museum is adopted for the display and inspection inintuitive and effective way through design practice. Meanwhile, there is thinking andoutlook of relationship among art museum, people and society in the conclusion,which is expected to play a role of reference under the environment of the art museumbuilding concept.
