Research In Thematic Museum Entrance Designs Based On Emotion Expression

Since ancient times, the entrance has been playing an important role. Architects have been exploring the moral and aesthetic value of the threshold and the gate. Entrance space not only controls the conversion from the inside to the outside of space, but also holds the conversion from the outside to the inside of people’s psychological mood. Relative to the ordinary museum, Special exhibition of the museum has a clear thematic content, and the emotional tone and space atmosphere is more outstanding than others. The entrance space is the beginning of architectural space sequence. It is important for subsequent development. This article from the perspective of emotional expression as the breakthrough point, to study the topic museum entrance space.Research contents: first analyzed from the emotional subject of "person" and object "entrance space", study the human emotional reactions from the space elements, and how the entrance space stimulate to human emotions. The focus of the article is classify thematic museums from the perspective of emotional, selecting typical cases respectively, and analyze the excellent designs that how to design emotional expression in entrance space. Then put forward the design of entrance space creation strategy.In this paper, a preliminary study of human’s emotional needs of the museum entrance space. The feelings of people are the leading role of space design, so analysis the space design of entrance from it.
