Blisk is an important part for high thrust-weight ratio aeroengine, itsefficient and high-quality manufacturing process has been a technical problem,and this has been proposed increasing demands for processing. Throughout theentire process, the channel process has a direct impact on the efficiency of theprocess and the final molding quality. Aiming at the existing problems, thisthesis studies blisk channel efficient compound milling machining processoptimization, the main research is carried out as follows:First, the geometric characteristic of the blisk channel to be processed isanalyzed, in the channel, the calculation method of the maximum depth andwidth of the channel and the degree of twisting and bending between adjacentvanes is given, axial and radial tool reachability are analyzed separately, thechannel machining area is planned and solved. A comparison and analysis arecarried out for the characteristics of the existing process and compound milling,and the optimization principle is determined. Do a preferred analysis for thecompound milling special tool, the channel compound milling process flow isdesigned systematically.Secondly, the plan method of disk milling slotting area based on the channelminimum distance is proposed, fixed axis disk milling cutter path is obtained.According to the critical envelope ruled surface, plunge milling slot expansionmachining area is determined, envelope straight lines are solved based on theoptimization model, and calculated the cutter location and tool axis vector, thenplan the four-axis plunge milling slot expansion cutter path. Design the flankmilling processing optimization on different pieces. the calculation methods offlank milling linear interpolation error are given.Again, on this basis, the blisk typical materials titanium machining processparameters basic test is carried out, the test scheme of disk milling slotting,plunge milling slot expansion and layered flank milling titanium are designed, collect the cutting force data from the test. Under the experimental condition,conduct an intuitive analysis and calculations on test data, optimize and select theprocess parameters of compound milling titanium.Finally, combining with the optimum principle of process parameters andthe optimization scheme of tool path, compound milling programming andmachining process simulation of example parts is implemented. By comparingand calculating the simulation results, verify the optimization of blisk channelprocessing scheme.
