| As the key part,blisk plays important role in improing avation’s engine performance.In order to satify avaiton engine’s requirement to the key index,such as thrust-weight ratio.So it is much complex in designing blisk’s structure,and always use material that is diffcult in machining,such as titanium alloy.How to improve the meaching quality and effcience becomes a diffcult point in avation engine’s development.This article foucs on plunge milling cutter for blisk’s runner rough machining,use finite element method for doing the optimization design of plunge milling cutter,and combine the test data,match the best cutting parameter for plunge milling cutter,in order to improve the blisk’s meaching efficiency,make the following main research work.First,combine UG parametric modeling and finite element simulation;realize the design and geometric angle optimization.Based on parametrization design of UG graph template creating 3D model of cuter,and use secondary development module UG/Open Menu Script 、 UG/Open UIStyler customization plunge milling cutters design menu and interface,combined with VC++ to write calling back function procedures of user interface and parameterized model,realizing connection of interface data and parameterized model data,and complete plunge milling cutter parametric design system,so that improve the efficiency of models when modify plunge milling model.Secondly,use DEFORM-3D analyse the cutter processability by simulating milling procedure.And optimize tool geometrical parameter according to cutting tool geometry parameter influene to cutting force.Use ANSYS analying and verifying the strength of cutter’s structure,if it satify that the maching requirement.And through the modal analysis and response analysis,estimate if the desiging cutter if appear resonance phenomenon or much amplitude.Guarantee the atabliity during maching.Finally,do the process preparations for designed cutter,and establish the cutting force model by MATLAB,and analyse the effiency rule of cutting parameter tocutting force,proide the reference for optimizing parameter.According to fuzzy analysis,and use the cutting force and metal removal rate as indexes to optimize the cutting parameters and matching the designed cutter,realize the maximize cutting effiency goal. |
