In order to actualize gradient heating on the workpiece, multi-inverters corresponding with multi-inductors for heating the workpiece by segmented are needed. To eliminate the problem of power coupling between the inverters which is caused by the mutual inductance, the decoupled control strategy is built in a coupling system. By synchronizing the phase of load current, the control strategy make the inverters output power independently come true.Chapterl introduces the basic principle and the trend of induction heating, the context of this subject and the content of this paper.Chapter2theoretically analyzes the existence of power coupling between the inverters in coupling system, and proposes the decoupled control strategy. Then a simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink system is made to verify the validity of the strategy. At last, the master-slave control is designed. The topology of main circuit and the power adjustment is analyzed and selected to match the decoupled control strategy, which is described in chapter3.Chapter4illustrates the control diagram of coupling system at first. Then, the design process of the master and slaver control system is introduced. The discretization of the control system and software design can be found later. An experimental platform is built in chapter5, and the experimental results verify the feasibility of the decoupled strategy.
