| Enonnous economic loss and social problems caused by flight delay have already drawn more and more common concerns of society. The information interaction and collaborative decision-making between different airport department play a vital role in solving the flight delay problem and resolving the conflict between airline and the passenger. The technology of computer network develops fast because of its numerous advantages, such as quickness, convenience, low cost, no time restriction, strong interaction and resource co-sharing and thus becomes the best choice in modern operation management. The airport collaborative decision making system is just the right way to solve the problem.This dissertation focuses on one of the subsystems:airport area control system. Airp ort area control system is one of the key points of the airport collaborative decision maki ng system which provides the information about flow control and about the sequence of t he flight to airline system, airtraffic control digital flights trip management syetem and cli ent system for CDM. This is very important for flight delay control.This dissertation gives a detailed description of domestic air traffic control system.First it gives an overall presentation of airport collaborative decision making system concept then deseribes the overall strueture of airport CDM system, after that it gives a concise presentation of overall workflow and the functions of various subsystems. The paper discussed the theory technology related to CDM system such as ESB and websphere MQ. The work characteristics of flow control have been researchedand the demands have been analyzed deeply in this paper.The airport area control system has been analyzed, designed in detail and implemente d partly in this paper. |
