| This paper produces some mainstream methods of wireless charging system, and then recommends a multi-coil wireless charging system with parasitic mental detection. This method with characters of low price and high efficient is based on electromagnetic induction principle. Compared with other similar methods, the most observably characters of this paper are low power, multi-coil and with parasitic mental detection. In terms of the hardware, this wireless charging system uses BQ500410A and BQ51013B provided by Texas Instrument as the controller of the Power Transmitter and the Power Receiver. In addition, this method adds a MSP430G2101for low power circuit. To expend the charging area of load device, the Power Transmitter uses three primary coil. And it can automatically selects the best primary coil for power transition. It supports both Parasitic Mental Detection (PMOD) and Foreign Object Detection (FOD) for protecting from the eddy current heating produced by the mental exists in the power transfer approach. In terms of the software, this paper uses a modulation technique called "back-scatter modulation". Moreover, it defines the physical layer, data link layer and logic layer of the communication between the Power Transmitter and the Power Receiver. On the hand of power transfer control, this paper uses a method based on discrete PID algorithm and dynamic rectifier control algorithm in order to improve the transient response of the system. Finally the project is validated and the result indicates that the design is feasible. |
