At this age,due to the depletion of oil,air pollution,global warming and other factors,the new energy electric vehicles have been developed rapidly.However,although the electric cars could use this clean power,electric vehicle charging are facing with some problems such as construction process of the electric vehicle charging system,and the cost in electric vehicles is still higher in current penetration rate.Also there is high voltage potential danger exist in the process of electric vehicle charging system,and this is one of the reasons why consumers are hesitate to electric cars.Wireless charging technology for electric automobile combine high power current frequency converter technology with the magnetic coupling technology,and the advanced control theories and control methods are used.The electric energy transfer from the power to the electric vehicle battery is safe,reliable,flexible and efficient to meet the needs of the people,in pursuit of electrification,safety and intelligent demand that traditional contact type charging can not be achieved.The article focused on the structure of the electromagnetic coupling mechanism design,parameter design and optimization strategy.First,the wireless charging of electric vehicle technology and products of domestic and present situation of the research are systematically summarized,and the basic principle and structure of the electric vehicle charging system are discussed,then the structure of electromagnetic coupling mechanism of wireless charging system is designed,aiming at the design of high power,high efficiency and multidimensional degree of freedom of the inductance coil,decide to put the structure of the coupling mechanism DRD coil(Double round D coil)to use,then the equivalent circuit model of electromagnetic coupling mechanism is established,and the method of static magnetic field image is used on a flat plate type core coil,for the computation of the mutual inductance with a distributed structure of planar magnetic core.Then through the study on the performance of the coupling mechanism,a flow chart of the coupling mechanism is designed and an optimization algorithm for multi-objective parameter is improved,and its feasibility on the parameter optimization of electromagnetic coupling mechanism in the electric vehicle wireless charging system is verified.Finally,Ansoft Maxwell was used to simulation and experimental platform was set to do an experiment to the DRD coil,and the distributed magnetic core structure with several kinds of common coupling coil were compared.,and the experimental results show that DRD coil at the transmitting end and the receiving coil plane is about 1.5 times higher than flat spiral coil on the transmission efficiency,in the event of a lateral offset of the transmission efficiency is about 2 times higher than the level of the spiral coil,in the energy transmission efficiency and spatial degrees of freedom,the DRD coil are better than the flat spiral coil with certain practical value.
