Along with the development of society, car become indispensable traffic tools in people’s daily life and production. But with the popularity of car, car bring a lot problems of traffic congestion and air pollution, rotor car can run on the ground and can fly in the sky, have the function of automobile and aircraft, can effectively alleviate the problem of traffic congestion. The aerodynamics performance of rotor car have direct effects on the power performance and fuel economy, especially the body and the hub. In view of the above problem, this paper using Computational Fluid Dynamics technology to analyze the aerodynamic performances of car body and hub, and using free form deformation technology to optimize aerodynamic performance of car body.According to the arrangement of the rotor car and draw lessons from the information of foreign rotor car and design of the car body and hub. By using three-dimensional modeling software build the three-dimensional models of car body and hub, and build the flow field mesh modal respectively. Then using Computational Fluid Dynamics technology to analysis aerodynamic performances of car body and hub. Finally get the aerodynamic performance of car body and hub, lay the foundation of optimize the aerodynamic performance of car body and hub.Build mesh modal take80%in the process of Computational Fluid Dynamics, that restrict greatly the efficiency of car body development and waste money. So this article will break through the conventional method of build mesh modal grid based on the technology of Free Form Deformation and directly generate new mesh model, finally using Computational Fluid Dynamics technology to optimize the aerodynamic performance of car body. However arbitrary mesh deformation will reduce the quality of mesh model, so this paper research the factors that affect the after deformation.
