Shock wave power is one of the most important basis for evaluating weapon damageeffect. Shock wave testing system is the most important means for obtaining shock wave. Sothe precision of the shock wave testing system directly affect evaluating damagecharacteristics of the weapon. Shock wave signal is a kind of dynamic transient signals.Shockwave testing system is a complex nonlinear system. So it is particularly difficult to exactlyobtain the dynamic characteristic of the shock wave testing system. The dynamiccharacteristics of shock wave testing system were studied based on the methods of theoreticalderivation, experimental verification and comparison of the simulation. The main research isas follows:(1) Literatures at home and abroad in the system’s dynamic characteristic are extensivelyresearched.Existing studying methods both at home and abroad are summarized.Some of thelatest progress in the system parameter identification at home and abroad are particularlyunderstand. Finally, the research direction is determined on the basis of the existing study.(2)After the sufficiently research on shock wave signal,we find that shock wave signalpower is mainly given through three important parameters: peak of overpressure,specificimpulse and duration of positive pressure. The influence from different parts of the shockwave testing system on these parameters is fully studied.(3)According to the research achievements of the second chapter, a shock wave testingsystem is designed to exactly obtain shock wave signal. The dynamic characteristic of thesecondary instrument in the shock wave testing system is specially designed. High-precisioncomponents are selected to improve the accuracy of the shock wave testing system.(4)Parameter identification of the shock wave overpressure test system is studied by using the PSO algorithm. In order to increase the operability of identification in thenonlinear system,the shock wave testing system and the Hammerstein model is equivalent.Model identification of shock wave overpressure system is indirectly studied by using themethod of Hammerstein model parameter identification. The dynamic characteristics of shockwave overpressure system reflected by the simulation model and measured results arecompared with each other.
