Optical telescope is capable of smoothly tracking in space-target detection,tracking process, the required azimuth servo turntable. That requires AC permanentmagnet synchronous motor turntable has a good control effect. Therefore, finding asuitable control strategy to achieve permanent magnet synchronous motor control isan important issue in an optical telescope servo system. Based on this problem, thispaper focuses on an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor field oriented controltechnology.Firstly, it elaborated servo system structure, and introduced the controllers,drives, position feedback devices-optical encoders regarding functionalities, whilebriefing the test solution to an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor with opticalencoder zero error code value from a hardware point of view.Secondly AC permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model andworking principle is analyzed, the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor controlstrategies are introduced, a field-oriented control strategy is designed based on ACpermanent magnet synchronous motor control program for field-oriented controlprinciples, and for the existing conditions, by using the optical telescope servo system with encoder feedback. The method to determine the order of opening the bridge armand the bridge arm opening time is given, by using the angle data obtained by the useof feedback, which corresponds to the motor three-phase sinusoidal voltage, controlis performed via a magnetic field orientation control to realize the turntable.Again, for the above-mentioned control strategy, it proposed software solutions,the adoption of the PCA C8051F120PWM timer is provided, and multiple legopening IPM programs are theoretically analyzed and compared, while do a variety ofprograms to eliminate current error compensation. C8051F120control chip to controlthe use of the preparation process, the software is realized using encoder feedbackfield oriented control strategy.Finally, the experiment finds the IPM opening time of each phase bridge witheach phase relationship between the current, uses a variety of methods for therespective leg opening time compensation and the compensation after the experiment.Experiments show that after compensation obtained by the three-phase AC permanentmagnet synchronous motor armature, the winding current is more close to sinusoidaland motor control performance can be improved. It is proved that the use offield-oriented technology AC permanent magnet synchronous motor control scheme isfeasible.
