With the development of control theory,permanent magnetic material,power electronics technology,motor manufacturing and digital signal processor,Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)AC servo system has been widely used.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantage of small volume,simple structure,light weight,less waste,high efficiency,reliable operation,etc.And with the development of rare earth permanent magnet materials,permanent magnet synchronous motor has a good application prospect in the field of AC servo.Therefore,the study of PMSM is great practical significance and value.This article uses the spacial microcontroller STM32F051 xx of STMicroelectronics for designing and developing of full digital vector control speed regulation system.Firstly,the paper briefly introduces the situation of permanent magnet synchronous motor,classification,structure and applicable occasions.After a comprehensive analysis of the vector control speed regulation scheme and a in-depth study of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control theory,we build the corresponding mathematical model.Control strategy is id=0,because of surface mounted PMSM.Current sampling is single shunt resistor topology,thus reducing the cost of hardware and avoiding the different of offset voltage of output of operational amplifier for three shunt resistor topology.In order to make the system work better,classical PI control method is employed.all kinds of methods for measuring the parameters of motor has been detailed introduced.Finally,Methods about how to configure STM32F051 xx peripherals is detailed introduced,in order to implement space vector modulation algorithm.How to realize the three phase stator current sampling using a single shunt resistor is the main content in the context.
