This paper adopts screen printing technology in flexible ITO/PET substrate preparationflexible dye-sensitised cells using porous membrane, TiO2dispersant, through his butanol doin do join in different amount of powder, uncle butanol adding appropriate amount oflow-temperature hot water, TiO2powders low-temperature sintering porous membranepreparation of TiO2light electrode. For the paste viscosity, film thickness, surfacemorphology and the absorbency, square membrane resistance and assemble the photoelectricperformance after the battery is tested and characterization, analyzing the influential factors, seeking the best reactant and film, so as to improve the performance of the best performanceof photoelectric transformation, batteries, Through the screen printing for flexibledye-sensitised cells of novel porous carbon film electrode, through to the electrode carbonfilm surface morphology and carbon film square resistance, carbon film thickness andassembly of solar battery electrical performance after the comparative analysis of the rawmaterials for the best, the best match lights and film, in order to improve the performance ofthe best charge transfer rate, thus improving the solar photoelectric transformationperformance. The result shows: Tertiary butyl alcohol was used as dispersant append in CommercialTiO2nanometer powder (P25), doped with hydrothermal powder, TiO2porous film electrodewas prepared by doctor blade and sintering at low-temperature, photoelectricity performancesof DSSC were improved. The best performance of the counter electrode, and the best rheologyof the slurry are obtained when the ratio of conductive carbon to graphite is2, and isenhanced by graphite.
