With the continuous development of modern industry, the three coordinatemeasuring machine obtained the widespread application in the production, itsdevelopment level has became an important sign that measure the modernmanufacturing technology and manufacturing technology level and development.Thethree coordinate measuring machine has became a modern industrial production ofparts for production, measurement and ensure the quality of essential key detectionapparatus.At the same time,base on measuring machine measuring speed andmeasuring accuracy,we also put forward higher request, but the measuring machine sstructure characteristics, speed and accuracy is restricted by some factors.Designed mobile bridge coordinate measuring machine, use the Solidworkssoftware for measuring machine model,statics analysis and modal analysis by theAnsys.Analyzed the dynamic characteristics of the measuring machine to determinethe overall structure of the program, and its main components expand the analysisand design, focous on the structure of the coordinate mesauring machine flotation airbearing rails, structural design, the distribution of the axis of flotation rail, rampfriction wheel drive mechanism as well as the Z-axis balance and safety protectiondevice analysis and design.Provided a guarantee for the successful design of themeasuring machine system.Currently, in the market,80%of coordinate measuring machines are mobile bridgestructure,in-depth study of a certain representation of the coordinate measuringmachine of the mobile bridge structure. The dynamic error of the movable bridgetype three coordinate measuring machine is analyzed in detail. Researched measuringmachine main dynamic error sources,for example,the mechanism error,dynamicdeformation, temperature error, measuring head error. Analyzed the influence ofmeasuring machine precision is the main error source of the mutual relationship eachother.Analyzed on acoordinate measuring machine touch trigger probe trigger the basisof the principle of the dynamic performance of the probe and analysis to identify themain factors to affect the dynamic performance of the probe,gives the equivalent effect the definition of diameter and speed parameters on the diameter of theeffective interaction.
