The three-coordinate measuring machine has been given more and more exclusive attention and research because of its widely used. With the development of production, the large precision instruments'measuring efficiency and accuracy is required more higher, but the dynamic nature of measuring machine will limit increasing of its speed. In this paper, all parts of the dynamic characteristics and dynamic analysis of error sources are studied when movable bridge CMMS in high-speed. Different dynamic errors are obtained by means of experiments and analysis, and modeling of these experiments data was taken.This paper studied the dynamic characteristics of the measuring machine in trigger mode, elaborated the dynamic error sources and composition, drawn mainly dynamic measuring machine error sources and their relationship. In details, by analyzing dynamic characteristics of the probe, this paper presented a conception of functional diameter and the relationships between DCC parameters and functional diameter. As for the machine structure, this paper studied mechanism of machine body's deformation and established conversion model between structure deformation and displacement error. Also, the author redefined dynamic deflection angle caused by moving components. In addition, this paper carried theoretical research on gas lubricated slide way, which is caused dynamic deformation to the measuring machine.This article also applied a high-precision measuring instrument, frequency laser interferometer to design the error extraction experimental device, experimental programs and extract the error information on the measuring machine. Further, the author found out the relationships between DCC parameters and dynamic errors, established measurement result error module by selecting BP neural network and dual three-spline modeling. Finally, this paper compared the accuracy of two modeling results.
