With the rapid development of social economy and technology, the social aging problem is increasingly highlighted, and the phenomenon such as sub-health and sudden death in the elite groups calls for the social attentions eagerly. In order to better implement the national policy of health system reform, this article made primary research and exploration of health management. While health management in our country is still in the beginning stage, technology and methods are seriously lacked especially in the community. tried to build a non-contact detecting system by Ultra Wideband(UWB) technology. This system is consist of the UWB transmit and receive module, data processing module and system control module. It uses ps grade ultra narrow pulse to detect the breath and heartbeat information, and extracts specific signal by sampling filter, which realizes the time and frequency domain analysis at the same time. By using the system raised above, we detect vital signs of the60representative community population, and classify the data by cluster analysis, the classification results are basically in agreement with the doctor’s clinical diagnosis, which proves that the system is operable and provides strong technical support for health management. The main studies done in this dissertation are as follows:1. Briefly introduce the concept and development of health management.Discuss the concept and the characteristic of UWB.2. Applications of UWB technology are reviewed. The principles, constructions and applications of these techniques are summarized systemically.3. Design and implement the UWB detecting system. Detailed introduce the principle, construction and implementation of the overall structure and each part. Detected the vital signs of experimenters, confirm the operable of the system.4. Detect community population using UWB system. Classify the data by cluster analysis, group the community population, and contrast results with reality.5. Summary and perspective.
