With the development of economics,numbers of urban architectures increased and the city became more crowded.This phenomenon brought great challenges to fire rescue.Due to over fatigue,danger and many other factors,fireman cannot evacuate site of accident at time and the life of fireman has been threaten.It is urgent to develop a reliable and safe vital sign monitoring system,relying on modern high-tech equipment the accidence of rescuer can effectively reduce.In this paper,we were commissioned by company to develop a system of fire engine vital signs monitoring.This system is divided into 2 parts,front-end and terminal,the core of front-end is a multi-function watch worn on the wrist,auxiliary with waist forwarding module as information relay component;the core of terminal is an industrial grade computer equipped with a windows XP system and the computer will serve as Real-time monitoring of firefighters in the background.There is also a kernel that provides information storage and forwarding for the i5 processor's computer as a server.The fireman vital sign monitoring system is divided into three parts:1)The smart watch module collects the human heart rate,body temperature,walking steps,the height of people's air pressure and compass,apart from that,Beidou positioning and timing is also contained in this equipment.2)Waist forwarding module,information collected by the watch is sent to the back-stage accurately and it also has the Beidou positioning function.3)real-time monitoring and command of the back-stage.This paper mainly divided into two aspects:hardware circuit design and software design.The hardware part participates in the design of the watch circuit and uses the ultra-low-power APOLL0512single-chip microcomputer as the core.External sensors are used to realize various information collection.The data transmission and reception can be realized.Data is transmitted to the monitoring back-stage through 433 MHz and 4G.The software part mainly uses C language to write the single-chip program of the smart watch and the waist module.At the early of the product,all the indicators have met the design requirements after lots of tests and modification of functions.At present,the national and enterprise standards have passed market standards.The feedback is well.
