With the continuous development of china’s hydropower construction southwestReservoir bank landslide is one of the main engineering geological problems in thisarea, Using various monitoring measures to monitor Landslide on reservoir bank, andanalysis the bank slope stability by studying monitoring data, seek the general rule ofthe deformation.This paper based on the "monitoring and early warning of geologicaldisasters in Ya’an area demonstration" project to study on the stability of the SichuanHong Hanyuan Yanzi landslide with the mechanical parameters of rock and soil andthe monitoring data. Through field investigation, monitoring data analysis, numericalsimulation and theoretical analysis getting the results are as follows.1. Based on the hydro geological and engineering geological conditions of HongYanzi landslide and combining the monitoring data analysis the influencing factors oflandslide stability and the main influence factor;2. Based on the theory of seepage and using the finite element numericalsimulation software to simulate all kinds of factors influencing on the stability of thelandslide;3. Using the finite element numerical simulation software to simulate the seepageand safety factor of the landslide under different reservoir water level fluctuationspeed to discuss in-depth relation between the reservoir water level fluctuation andslope stability, and further study on characteristics of reservoir landslide, thenprovides the reliable basis for the prediction of reservoir landslide prevention andtreatment.
