In the trends of green, low-carbon, energy-saving, environmental protection, electric vehicles are become the21st century research hotspot, because it’s clean non-polluting, energy source diversification, and high energy efficiency. Car drive system as a key technology for electric vehicles, researching electric vehicle drive system test platform can online test and monitor the system performance, match dynamic parameters and experiment with electric vehicle driving performance on different conditions.Arounding the subject of electric vehicle drive system test platform’s control algorithms, first from the traditional testing platform’s merits, introduced the purpose and significance of electric vehicle drive system test platform. Then based on electric vehicle drive system dynamics model, test platform’s architecture and QiRui QQ3EV parameters the test platform simulated, determine the test platform console, power supply systems, test systems and communications system’s equipment.To ensure the proper operation of each component, test the platform. Design experiments to analysis the motors’ response and torque meter’s speed torque data, obtained the motors’ characteristics, the relationship of torque meter data and two motors’torque under the coaxial connections between drive motor, dynamometers and sensor.Through the test platform’s kinetic analysis, build electric vehicle model test platform simulated, identify test platform’s parameters. Depending on the different object of research, the control algorithms are into two kinds of algorithms, the research of test platform and the research of wheels to simulate the vehicle acceleration, uniform motion and deceleration conditions. Compared the two methods’merits determine the platform’s final controlling method. Through software programming, processing the system’s data, completed the test platform dynamometer’s and torque meter’s monitoring, implemented CAN communication and control algorithms, achieve the aim of the car’s different conditions’analog.
