Design Of Monitoring System Of Unattended Substation

Currently operate unattended automation has become the development trend ofvarious industries. Existing substation monitoring system limited to the substationvideo surveillance, real video identification and monitoring of small and requires moremanual intervention, which cannot meet the needs of intelligent monitoring. This paperpresents a new intelligent unmanned substation intelligent video monitoring system.The system not only meet the daily video surveillance unmanned substation demand,but also through the video image sequence processing behavior analysis to determinethe actual operating status substation, in order to realize the unmanned substationintelligent video surveillance.Firstly, the development of video surveillance systems are introduced, the keytechnologies of intelligent video surveillance system are analyzed and summarized;then take unmanned substation as a target to design a real-time intelligent videomonitoring system; through the analysis of the development of intelligent videosurveillance systems and video surveillance technology, in order to understand thetechnical parameters and the overall structure of the layout. Then analyzed the keytechnologies involved, besides the various equipment video surveillance systems areoutlined. A detailed description is showed after the video surveillance system related tokey technologies and features. By way of demonstration, sufficient factual basis for thefoundation and a wealth of practical experiences are showed to support the theoreticaldata. Through the research of Shandong Xiwang steel11changing power stationmonitoring project, according to the intelligent design of unattended substation videomonitoring system, proposed the method of transformation of a substation. Afterpractice verification, the unattended substation video monitoring system plays animportant role in the safe operation of the substation, and greatly reduces the workintensity of staff on duty. Recognition and intelligent video surveillance system withstrong operation has achieved remarkable results, in order to meet the current needs ofunmanned substation intelligent video surveillance systems, and continue to strengthenthe intelligent unmanned substation operational advantage through intelligent videosurveillance system. To identify and research in the detection of unattended substationanalysis shows that no surveillance video system has a very important practicalsignificance and broad market prospects.
