The Design Of Intelligent Video Monitoring System For Unmanned Substation

Most of the existing video surveillance systems are used for the substation monitoring not video identification and surveillance, and require manual intervention, which can not meet the demand of intelligent monitoring. In allusion to the inadequacies of the existing video surveillance system, and based on the existing power system communication networks, a new type of unmanned substation intelligent video identification and monitoring system was designed in this paper.Unmanned substation intelligent video surveillance system can not only meet the daily unmanned substations video surveillance needs, but also determine the working state of substation by video processing and behavioral analysis, which truly realized unmanned substation intelligent video identification and monitoring. With intelligent video identification and surveillance technology, it has built a multi-level, diverse, intelligent three-dimensional protection system, greatly enhanced the safety and reliability of unmanned substation operation.
