After years of development, China’s electrified railway has experienced from scratch, from a low-tonnage to overloads from normal speed to high speed,our country has built the world’s largest high-speed rail network.Traction power supply system as the core of electrified railway, it is very important for high-speed rail.High-speed rail power systems require high reliability, and the run mode change rapidly. Traditional relay values are set in the high-current circumstance, verified in the small-current circumstance, and would remain unchanged in normal operation.In this case,problems have become prominent.With the rise of smart substation technology,diagnostic value has the feasibility and basic platform.In order to improve the security of traction power supply system reliability,the research of diagnostic value has great significance.The design task of this issue is to research the diagnostic Solutions of protect value for Intelligent Substation.design software of diagnostic value under the premise of obtaining data.First introduced the related technologies of intelligent substation monitoring system and integrated monitoring system.discuss the data sources of diagnostic software with intelligent traction substation. Research for traction power supply system protection setting diagnostic programs,mainly divided into diagnostic rules and setting value verification.Diagnostic the rationality of setting value combined with the particularity of traction power supply system and setting procedures.The main objects of diagnostic value are balancing factor of transformer differential protection,impedance protection, low voltage start over-current protection and current increment protection.Build locomotives and traction network line model in Matlab simulation program to verify solutions.Secondly, analyze the relay protection "speed and mobility, sensitivity, selectivity and reliability",setting value verification online.Finally, according to the value diagnostic solutions for setting the overall structure of the software design.Combined with the high-speed rail link parallel AT power supply.using C++programming language and the MFC framework on windows, write protection diagnostic software.
