| The resource characteristics of China’s rich coal, electricity tight decided in the future for a long period of time, thermal power will still occupy an important position in the electric power industry. Although the current thermal power development slowed down, but in the long run, advances in green technology, reduce the power generation cost, power demand increases positive factors, thermal power industry’s future development prospects are more optimistic.At present, the heating system of the L company is four sets of heating boilers using natural gas combustion mode (or oil/gas, gas/natural gas dual-purpose). The industrial use of natural gas supply, low pressure, large fluctuations, for the protection of civil and industrial use gas compression, gas consumption index can not meet the actual gas demand. Over the years, due to gas pressure caused by industrial gas supply, using self-produced gas added still can not meet the production needs. In order to overcome the natural gas supply is becoming increasingly tense situation, instead of heat source must also address. L now plans to use the circulating fluidized bed boiler burning anthracite, instead of natural gas boiler.This paper will take L Company as object of heating engineering project investment decision analysis and research, I hope through research, to provide certain theoretical support and reference for the analysis of thermal power projects of similar.In this paper, I will learn the theoretical knowledge and himself in the company work experience together, for supporting the heating project of L company’s investment analysis of the necessity, technical analysis, microstructure analysis, economic analysis and risk analysis. Among them, the necessity analysis mainly from the chemical production base with the steam demand, to solve the supply problem, reducing heating costs of natural gas, need to develop the industrial park of science and technology, four aspects of Industrial Science and technology park development needs are discussed; the feasibility analysis techniques mainly include power system (i.e. feasibility generator connected to the grid), heat load, fuel supply, unit selection and heating project, site selection, geotechnical analysis are discussed; organizational feasibility analysis mainly carries on the analysis from three aspects of organization of production, labor force and staff training; economic feasibility analysis mainly from the investment estimates, economic evaluation and sensitivity analysis of three aspects; Risk control is mainly from the two aspects of risk analysis and risk prevention are discussed. Thus the feasibility study results supporting the heating project of L company:1. The project conforms to the enterprise’s own development needs and the industrial policy of the state.2. The project site construction reasonable, appropriate scale.3. It is reasonable in design, management measures to improve.4. Good economic benefits, social benefits... |
